4:00 PM  –  5:00 PM

Join us in Classroom One for a special one-hour talk with exhibiting artist Mads Christensen, who will discuss his artistic practice and body of work. The exhibition, "Exploring Perception: Mads Christensen and the Experience of Color, Form, and Light," showcases a selection of two- and three-dimensional artworks that fuse digital and traditional artistic expression. Trained as an engineer and software architect, Christensen devises custom software code that allows him to paint with light, in order to convey a unique emotional experience to the viewer. This illustrated talk will conclude with a tour of the exhibition on the Museum's 2nd floor, offering insights into Christensen's influences and vision. The talk is free with paid museum admission. Museum members are FREE. PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE A SEAT FOR THIS EVENT. Seating is limited.
